AFSP OUT OF THE DARKNESS COMMUNITY WALK

Join us in supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
We will be joining hundreds of thousands of people across the country who are walking in the Out of the Darkness Community Walks to prevent suicide and support AFSP’s mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
These events give people the courage to open up about their own connections to the cause, and a platform to create a culture that’s smarter about mental health. Friends, family members, neighbors and coworkers walk side-by-side, supporting each other and in memory of those we’ve lost.
It’s more important than ever for us to stay connected. Register Today and help save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.

Every month, Fightstory & United BJJ Hawaii will team up to host free Jiu-Jitsu classes for the public.
Our goal is to promote the balance of physical and mental wellness for everyone. These sessions will focus on empowering oneself through our outlet, Jiu Jitsu, while also creating a safe space of fellowship. We aim to share the importance of taking care of your mental health as a priority to your well-being.
